Digital Art
Digital Art as an artistic practice arising from new technologies, and right on the edge of the 21st century, using programs that fix the image, with color and shape, digitized on a computer screen; for my art experience, which comes from the formal school of drawing, painting and sculpture, this has required learning a new language with its own difficulty, horizon and character.
The development of larger compositional planes and close-ups to electric color, the construction of machine-like beings with anthropomorphic form, the use of an order- chaos bipolar geometry as well as the approach to empty space as filled form, texture and color are fundamental in these artworks.
A digital art which is always redefining its character, and searching for its soul.
