I have participated three times in the years 2004, 2010 and 2012 in the International Sculpture Symposiums held in the city of Changchun in Xilin province in northeastern China, where I created Monumental Sculpture for various Sculpture Parks in that city. 

China is a millenary culture where sculpture has been a part of the rituals, traditions and lifestyle of its peoples. In spite of the rarity of its language that I was not able to grasp, I felt really welcomed when working on my sculpture projects. The excitement, dedication, respect for the Maestros, superb skills, as well the vibrancy of its people left me ecstatic. Soon I knew I was experiencing a very exceptional and unique vision of urban sculpture when meeting so many artists of the world who, like me, came to China to participate in such wonderful sculpture park projects.

Each and everyone of these experiences of Chinese Culture has enriched my artistic experience and my imagination,  as well as my vision of Public Art.​
